Club Brugge have four players in the top ten of the CIES Football Observatory's ranking for highest estimated transfer value in the Benelux. Nicolò Tresoldi leads the list with a value of 61.5 million euros, making him the most valuable player in both the Jupiler Pro League and the entire Benelux region.

The CIES Football Observatory stated: "Nicolò Tresoldi stands at the very top according to the CIES Football Observatory and is in that calculation both the most expensive player in the Jupiler Pro League and in the entire Benelux." Alongside Tresoldi, Carlos Forbs (51.1 million, third), Joel Ordóñez (50.4 million, fifth) and Joaquin Seys (39.6 million, tenth) feature in the top ten. No other club from Belgium or the Netherlands has more than two representatives on this list.

Broadly Valued Squad

This dominance highlights the strong transfer potential of the current Bruges squad. "The four names illustrate above all how broadly the current Bruges core is valued in this calculation, and not just how heavily Tresoldi's weight is felt," said the observatory. The values are statistical estimates, not concrete transfer fees. The list is further completed by players from PSV and Ajax, including Jorthy Mokio (ex-KAA Gent, 53.6 million) in second place.

This recognition comes at a good time for Club Brugge, who currently sit third in the Jupiler Pro League with 18 points from seven games. Tresoldi, the most valuable player according to CIES, is also the team's current top scorer this season with three goals. The team can build on its strong position in the coming weeks, starting with an away fixture against RAAL La Louvière on October 10th. Fans can check the full standings and squad on our site.
