Club Brugge has undergone a significant change with the departure of Dévy Rigaux to Feyenoord Rotterdam. Rigaux, who worked at the club since 2009 and served as Director of Football since 2024, contributed to the league titles in 2024 and 2026 and the Belgian Cup in 2025. CEO Bob Madou remains at the head of the sporting management, which is now further strengthened with new appointments. Maarten Dedobbeleer continues as Sports Director, responsible for the operational aspects of the club, including scouting and coaching. Guilian Preud'homme, formerly CEO of Club NXT, becomes the new Recruitment Director, focusing on transfers and player contracts. Jan Van Haaren is promoted to Director of Football Intelligence, where he will focus on the scientific side of the sporting operations. Bob Madou expressed his appreciation for Rigaux's contributions to the club and believes that the new structure will further strengthen the club. Rigaux himself looks back with pride on his years at Club Brugge and the successes he achieved. The organization of Club NXT will also be adjusted, with Jarno Verheye as the new Manager Club NXT, responsible for coordinating the academy and the U23 team.
